LICENSING
Greece is the sixth EU country to legalize the growing and use for medical purposes, after the Czech Republic, Finland, Portugal, and Spain had already done so. For the cultivation and processing of pharmaceutical cannabis in Greece a) installation license and b) operating permit are required.
The approval for the production, transportation, storage and supply of raw materials and substances of cannabis varieties of Cannabis Sativa L containing more than 0,2% of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), production, import and trade of propagating material, as well as the establishment and operation of a processing plant for the manufacture of medicinal products is granted under specific conditions which our company fulfils.
As a result, GReenCann was granted a license for the establishment and operation of facilities processing and producing finished medicinal hemp products (Government gazette #2115B – 6/6/2019).

GreenCann SA is a national cannabis cultivator, processor, and dispensary operator dedicated to providing dignified access to safe and effective medical cannabis nationwide while giving back to the communities in which we serve. Our world-class medical cannabis cultivation facilities bring it all together in cozy and welcoming spaces totaling 42.000sqm. Our fully equipped offices staffed with a highly experienced team of experts in the specific field are located just next to our state-of-the-art Cultivation Center
